Topic 8 Morgan Freeman

Hi. Today I will introduce an actor who is one of the most famous actors in the world, Morgan Freeman. I first knew of him when I watched the movie that will be a good lesson of my life. The movie's title is "The Shawshank Redemption." I think you should watch this movie without knowing about the story.

Morgan Freeman
Morgan Freeman was born in Memphis, Tennessee, U.S.A in 1937. He is 77 now. He is an actor, filmmaker and narrator. His face is remembered by many people from the movie "The Shawshank Redemption." I like some his movies, such as "Levity," "10 Items or Less," "The Bucket List," and of cource "The Shawshank Redemption." I think a lot of his movies are nice stories that move our hearts. That's why he is loved by people all over the world. And he hates discrimination against blacks. I think so too. One of my favorite movie is "The Bucket List." He co-starred with his son, Alfonso Freeman.

My favorite Morgan Freeman movie

Today, I recommend you to "The Shawashank Redemption." This movie was directed by Frank Darabont, and it's an amazing human drama story. It's baced on a Stephen King novel. Morgan Freeman acted the part of Red, and the film's narrator, and Tim Robbins had the role of Andy. They acted important roles in this story, and I think their great performances maximize the good story. Andy was put in prison by a false accusation, and the story progresses  in an American prison. Red and Andy met in prison and became good friends.
